<p>Click the pictures to see them full size.</p>
<p>She&#8217;s equipped with a spine, nose, cerebellum, a heart (with 4 ventricles!), lungs and she even has kidneys.  So far she appears to be fully featured.</p>
<p>We are fairly relieved that her eyes moved from their previous fish-like position on the side of her head to a more frontal location.  It was going to be tough finding glasses for a kid with eyes above her ears.</p>
<p>She weighs 8 ounces right now.  This audio image is for Mac.  That&#8217;s what she sounds like.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://www.campmurphy.net/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/11/18-week-baby-girl1.jpg"><img class="size-thumbnail wp-image-150 aligncenter" title="Heartbeat - 18 Weeks" src="http://www.campmurphy.net/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/11/18-week-baby-girl1-150x150.jpg" alt="" width="150" height="150" /></a></p>
<p>And the last one is her&#8230;flipper?  I guess only girl babies have flippers.  Obviously a boy baby would have a dorsal fin.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://www.campmurphy.net/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/11/18-week-baby-girl01.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-153" title="flipper?" src="http://www.campmurphy.net/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/11/18-week-baby-girl01-150x150.jpg" alt="" width="150" height="150" /></a></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">She still doesn&#8217;t have a name but that&#8217;s no big deal.  No need to call her name when we always know where she is.</p>
